Fit & Carrying Comfort
Is the back panel adjustable to fit different torso lengths?
Yes. The SuperSonik 100L features a fully adjustable back panel built over an internal frame with twin aluminum rods. This allows you to customize the suspension layout precisely to your torso length, ensuring perfect ergonomics and load balance.
How does a massive 100L pack distribute weight to prevent shoulder strain?
It is engineered specifically for heavy hauling on multi-week expeditions. The combination of a fully padded back panel, an air-mesh covered suspension system for airflow, and a heavy-duty, adjustable padded waist belt shifts the bulk of the weight off your shoulders and transfers it directly to your hips.
Capacity & Accessibility
What makes the 100L version different from the 72L version?
The SuperSonik 100L is expanded to a larger physical profile ($21\text{"} \times 12\text{"} \times 33.5\text{"}$) to handle massive, multi-week winter expeditions or gear-heavy mountaineering missions. It gives you the maximum possible volume while keeping the exact same high-end internal frame and suspension features as the 72L model.
Since this is a massive top-loading pack, will my gear get lost at the bottom?
To prevent you from having to dig through 100L of gear, the pack is built with deep dual compartments to isolate separate equipment. It also features a massive zippered front pocket and large zippered pockets on both sides so your essential trail gear remains organized and within arm's reach.
External Storage & Rigging
Can I carry technical mountaineering gear on the outside of the pack?
Yes. The SuperSonik 100L is fully equipped for alpine environments, featuring heavy-duty front and lid daisy chain loops, dedicated trekking pole attachment loops, compression side straps, and specialized ice axe and hammer loops to securely rig sharp technical tools.
Are the side pockets deep enough to secure long items like tent poles when the pack is completely full?
Yes. The side pockets are extra deep and spacious, specifically designed to securely grip tent poles, snow pickets, avalanche wands, or large fuel bottles even when the main 100L compartment is packed to absolute capacity.
Hydration & Weather Protection
How does the hydration system work on this pack?
The pack features a built-in internal hydration sleeve that is fully compatible with major water reservoirs, complete with a dedicated hose port. For backup water supply, the deep exterior side pockets easily accommodate large water bottles.
Is this pack built to survive a heavy downpour on an extended expedition?
The main body is constructed from highly water-resistant fabric to repel rain and snow. For total waterproof security during severe mountain storms, the pack includes an integrated, custom-fit rain cover stowed away in its own dedicated bottom pocket for instant deployment.
